Kingswood Golf Estate officially opened its new community centre and clubhouse on Monday, 1 September, a symbolic and festive way to welcome the first day of spring. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by the Executive Mayor of George, Jackie von Brandis, alongside Ciko Thomas, Group Managing Executive of Nedbank. The event was attended by numerous invited guests, who gathered to celebrate this major milestone in the estate’s development.
This state-of-the-art facility marks a new chapter in Kingswood’s growth as one of the Garden Route’s preferred, secure, family-friendly residential golf estates. Financed entirely by Kingswood homeowners, the centre was designed to serve as the social and recreational heart of the estate, a vibrant gathering space for community interaction, celebration, and connection with the estate’s natural surroundings.
Positioned to showcase sweeping views of the Outeniqua Mountains, the new building combines world-class amenities with a modern architectural design.
