Financial Manager

Facilities and Compliance Manager
Dan plays an integral role in compliance with the Architectural Guidelines and contractors code of conduct on the estate. In addition Dan oversees the care of the diverse wildlife that calls Kingswood home, including springbuck, caracal, bushbuck, and even river otters.

Operational Manager

Maintenance Manager
Mornay is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the estate’s HOA assets, including roads, stormwater reticulation and private open spaces. He makes sure all work is performed to high standards, manages service teams and contractors, schedules preventative maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
