The people we design for are the most important aspect of any project undertaken. We like to work closely with our clients and establish exactly what their needs and wants are. Regardless of size and complexity, we view each project as an exciting opportunity and develop complete design solutions that not only satisfy the Clients brief but exceed their expectations. We have an integrated approach to all our projects and make use of our 3D visualization skills. While we focus mainly on Architecture, one cannot design in isolation. There is a fundamental relationship between interior space and the architecture that forms this space. This spatial experience is created with a holistic approach and sense of unity where light and space, context, different materials and craftsmanship are paramount in the solutions offered.
We apply our working knowledge of different materials and experiment with different solutions while working within the Kingswood Architectural Guideline and Clients budget.

Prospective homeowners can use the on-site assistance for virtually all aspects of creating a home. Whether it is help with the home plan or assistance with architectural guidelines; support through the Kingswood Architectural Review and Municipal Approval process, the Design Centre offers working solutions for their clients. Being on site, we have a detailed knowledge of the site and soil conditions at Kingswood Golf Estate.
We offer the following services:
- Concept designs and Municipal Submission Drawings
- Conversion of your concept designs into full Municipal submission drawings
- Energy Efficiency Consultancy (XA Documentation)
- As-Built Drawings (Measuring Up and production of plans, sections and elevations of existing buildings)
- Technical Drawings (Construction Details/Documentation/ Interior detailing)
- Digitization (Conversion of paper drawings into drawing files)
- 3D Rendering
On approval of plans, we offer the following additional services:
- Inviting and adjudicating tenders
- Coordination of contracts and contract documentation
- Appointing contractors
- Monthly valuation, payment certificates and final accounts
- Detailed post occupancy evaluation and reporting
The project management process means that the KDC acts as the clients’ representative throughout the entire design and construction journey where the on-site project management team can take care of every facet of the construction from budget, quality control through to the promptness of completion. This is particularly useful to out of town clients’ for peace of mind!
